Major stars scattered throughout these movies include James Garner, Lee Meriwether, Bill Cobbs, and Abigail Breslin and Brian Dennehy.

The Ultimate Gift starts with, Jason Stevens, a spoiled young man who is forced to work his way through a series of ‘gifts,’ or life experiences that bring him to a level of maturity sufficient to inherit and manage a fortune. If he fails to achieve any of the gifts, he will forfeit his inheritance.

The ultimate life, produced 7 years later, takes us back in time to the WWII ero, when Jason’s grandfather starts from absolute poverty and builds an empire.

Finally, we have the Ultimate Legacy, in which Jason now guides another young man in becoming the person necessary to manage his grandmother’s legacy.

In a couple of scenes, you’ll see a chauffeur hold open a limousine door. Those cameos are by the author who wrote the books from which the series was created, Jim Stovall, who is blind.
