Sabrina Carpenter has demonstrated kindness through her philanthropic efforts. She has established “The Sabrina Carpenter Fund” in partnership with PLUS1, which supports causes related to mental health, animal welfare, and LGBTQ+ rights. This fund has raised over $1 million in less than a year, exceeding any other artist collaboration on the PLUS1 platform.
Specifically, a portion of each ticket sale from her “Short n’ Sweet” tour is donated to this fund. The money raised has supported organizations like The JED Foundation (focused on teen mental health and suicide prevention), PAPYRUS (providing mental health support for LGBTQ+ youth), and Rainbow Railroad (assisting LGBTQ+ individuals seeking safety and freedom).
In addition to tour proceeds, Carpenter has also engaged in other charitable initiatives. For example, she hosted a virtual concert fundraiser for SUNY Oswego’s Student Emergency Fund and SHOP pantry. She also partnered with Global Citizen, a nonprofit dedicated to eradicating extreme poverty. Furthermore, she has supported The Trevor Project, an organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services for LGBTQ+ youth.
